Max got his start in photography at a very young age, but his artistic journey first began in music. He was just 3 years old when he began playing the piano and, around the same time, he also got his first analog camera from his parents.

When he went to study music in Berlin, Max went through a tough break-up. This is when taking photos of nature became his way of coping and rediscovering his passion.
Now, Max has managed to turn this passion into a full-time career. He’s spent the past decade traveling around the world, visiting 2 to 4 countries a month to take photos for well-known companies and brands – including Samsung, Red Bull, the WWF, and the tourism boards of Australia and New Zealand.
Max has been featured by Adobe, introduced by Instagram in NYC as one of its best photographers of 2015, and has gained over 600k followers on his Instagram page. But just like any other career, it wasn’t pure luck that landed Max this great success as a photographer.
There were certain steps and skills that he worked hard to master in order to get him to where he is today – and now, he’s going to share it all with you.
